Hi,
I’m living in China and I’m writing a new website http://www.newtochina.com
It’s still under construction, but I’ve been hosted with:

For almost 3 years now and I’ve never had a problem being blocked, so I recommend them as their support and quality is good and the prices is pretty cheap. I’m hosting all my websites with them and so are some of my other friends here in China since they’re the safest we can find.

They have unlimited space and transfer.
They give you a free domain for life.
They have php and mysql if you ever use those.
You can also add as many domains (.com, .net, …) as you like so you can have many different sites for 1 hosting price.
They also give you free $50 Google Credits for advertising your site.

I suggest you have a look at http://www.hosting24.com they will register a domain name for free for life and come with unlimited webspace and unlimited data transfer and you can go with them on a monthly basis.

I am not sure why any website would be blocked only to China users. That seems very odd in itself. Truly, it seems it isn’t a web host problem but rather a problem on your end.

Nonetheless, I use LiquidBlueX.com for my hosting and have never once had a problem.

Take into consideration that web hosting is a global service, it is not important you are located in India, Au, UK, Ca or US. And also the cost of hosting services in UK & Au generally is a little high in compared with the same services in CA & US.
